    Well, if you are at Parish, you know you are at least regular smart! We don't have any below average children here! However, you also need to remember that intelligence alone is not what makes you smart. Where you rank has a lot to do with whether you are organized, always put forth your best effort, and use good study skills. Even if you were Einstein Jr., you couldn't do it on brain power alone! Einstein was so brilliant because he USED his brain all the time...he gave eveything lots of thought, and he always put forth extra effort to challenge himself.

    In one of the picts in a book the brain looked like it had pei wei mongolian sauce on it. Is that true?

    That the nerve cells can go the length of a football feild in the less than a second and that boys attend to learn math better than girls usually do.

    You would go cookoo if yo did not have a brain and you would die,and when you are born you still use your brain if you hardly know any thing.babies still use there brain for lots of stuff like all your fiv senceces,and later when thy grow up they start storeing simple facts like one pluse one equles two and i think they should make benders to remember stuff =)and what are we going to learn about next in science?Science is my favorite class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The good news is that we will learn where your blind spot is next week, along with a WHOLE BUNCH of fun activities to test the different lobes of your brain!

    Now...don't forget to make those neuron paths stronger by going down them with RDR every day...including the weekends!

    If you enjoyed the blind spot test, you are going to love all the variations on the Stroop Test we are going to do this week! I also thank you for all of the kind comments you make about me and about my science class. Getting to do fun things with you all is why I still LOVE to teach after all these years!
